New Website, Billing & Adding Vehicles

NEW WEBSITE & MEMBERSHIP PLATFORM
We will be launching a new website which is tied directly to a new billing and membership platform. The new Platform is called Pool Dues. In the next few days, you will be receiving two emails directly from Pool Dues.

The first email will welcome you to Pool Dues with your login information for your account.  We have done our best to add all adults, children and other residents to the memberships. There may be some glitches. We ask for patience as we ensure that all profiles are accurate.

Please visit your Member Dashboard to complete the following:

    • Review the family members to make sure they are accurate. You can make spelling changes but if someone needs to be added/deleted, please contact pcctechnology25@gmail.com
      • Seasonal Grandparents, Grandchildren, and Co-parents can be added after renewal. 
      • Nannies and Extended Guests can be added once the season begins at the Gatehouse. 
  • Click on ACCOUNT to add your vehicle(s) information. All vehicles can be added to the Primary Account holders profile.
  • Please only add vehicles you will bring to Paradise. 
  • Vehicle Information must be added by JANUARY 31, 2025. If you are expecting to change vehicles prior to the season, please add how many vehicles you expect to have so we can order decals. 
  • Members who do not have Vehicle information added by March 1, 2025 will pay $25 per decal for vehicles and may not have them for the beginning of the season. 

 

MEMBERSHIP BILLING

The second email from Pool Dues will include your bill to renew your membership for the 2025 summer season. 

 

We will NOT be sending paper bills this year in an effort to reduce costs. The email will include your total due, as well as several payment options. As always, you can pay in full by either credit card or by check. There is also an option to set up recurring billing over four months. Members may set up additional payment plans through PayPal, which can give you even more flexibility for payments. 

 

We have a new Financial Secretary for the 2025 season. Tracy Bellucci will be processing all payments for the club. Any questions should be directed to pccpayments@paradisecountryclub.com

 

GUEST PASSES/GUEST CREDITS

We will be selling three types of guest passes rather than guest credits. 

$10 Daily Passes – valid Monday through Sunday other than holidays

$12 Holiday Passes – valid Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day

$5 Passes – valid after 5 pm for guests and Grandparents/Grandchildren anytime

Guest credits members had in Member Splash have been moved to the new platform. You will see them in your account as “Store Credit” and can be used to pay for anything – membership dues, new guest passes, or anything else sold online during the summer. 

 

PAYMENT IN FULL INCENTIVES/MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION UPDATE

More information about the payment incentives will come with your bill. 

A reminder that in order to receive the Payment In Full Incentives, YOU MUST UPDATE MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION including VEHICLE INFORMATION. If this form is NOT completed by January 31, no guest passes will be assigned if you pay in full. There will be no exceptions.
